I'm James Ruan. And I didn't do the latest translation. I just did one version in which about 30% untranslated msgs were translated. Older 70% were made by Liu Xiaoxi who I'm not in contact with. E-mail address can be got from source .po file, in the heading part, if I'm not mistaking.
