I'm dumping the Manual now, but where on SF are we posting? In a new "2.0.6" folder in the SF file system for Audacity? Release Process wiki doesn't say (and http://wiki.audacityteam.org/wiki/Create_Local_Manual still says to upload the rc for the Manual to GoogleCode, so needs updating).
