Thanks for your efforts!

That line is for experimental, uncommitted code for SSE threading in
Equalization, so it can be left untranslated.

No that's about context lines to show when writing diffs between files.

It's closer to what Min Zhang said:
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/dox/class_export_f_fmpeg.html#afa4dca7f0cd6b8759669d38f8de50090

"mEncFormatCtx is used by libavformat to carry around context data re our
 output file"

It's some kind of internal FFmpeg error where it's lost the tag, codec
or other information it needs to write the file.

If in doubt, look at http://audacity.sourceforge.net/locale/audacity.pot
which shows you where that string occurs in the code, then look in
the source code file.

So in ExportFFmpeg.cpp we see:

"The encoder may require a minimum number of raw audio samples for
each encoding but we can't guarantee we'll get this minimum each
time an audio frame is decoded from the input file so we use a FIFO
to store up incoming raw samples until we have enough for one call
  to the codec."

http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/Spectral_Selection_Toolbar#formats .

This is about validation of user input in text boxes, I think.

It means that wxWidgets can't convert whatever the user entered
to a value.

I see you made a translation but we can wait until closer to 21:00
in case you want to update.

Thanks,

Gale
