Well, I'm still getting Gale's input that we are not ready, and new
translations committed, even after the already late additional 48-hr
delay I had to declare.

Our target was mid-January, as we stated in late October. It's now late
February.

I'll just declare another 48-hr delay, from already a day late after the
postponed date.

So I'm now declaring 21:00 UTC on Feb 24. If your stuff is not ready by
then, too bad, we're going to do the RCs.

We don't have any actual P1s, just some that Gale thinks might turn to
P1s after further testing. And translations were supposed to be in by
mid-to-late January, per our agreement.

Late February is not mid-January. To me, it's disrespectful to all of us
who agreed on the deadlines, to ignore those declared deadlines.
