Sincere apologies Atsushi Yoshida, and particularly so for the lack of
communication.
It's nothing you've done. It's our fault. Thank you for the
translation into Japanese. We will use it soon. We are sorting out a
problem we have. Again my apologies for the lack of communication.
We recently lost our website, audacity.sourceforge.net. Sourceforge
decided to withdraw our rights to use it. We did not get prior warning
of this. The site we had is gone. That address now directs to pages
which we do not have any control over. A new editor "sf-editor-1" from
sourceforge now controls all the content about Audacity on the
sourceforge site.
Vaughan who maintains the website has been trying to sort this out,
unsuccessfully so far. It doesn't look like sourceforge will relent.
We do however now have a new copy of our website at audacityteam.org.
I don't have write access to the new website. However I have checked
your translation into SVN at google code. You can see that here:
https://code.google.com/p/audacity/source/browse/website/trunk/htdocs/locale/ja.po
I have asked Buanzo who set up the new site to do an extra refresh of
the website from SVN. Your translation will appear on the website as
soon as he has done that, probably within 24 hours.
Future:
======
The website is likely to be changing a lot for and after 2.1.1. This is
partly to rebuild traffic to it. I am recommending against translation
of the website for 2.1.1. Translation of Audacity 2.1.1 we do still
want very much. We will have updated pot file ready on 1st June and
until 14th June for translation, to be released with the 2.1.1 executable.
I have proposed, but it has not yet been accepted by the two other
technical leaders, that we stop translating the website and switch over
to translating tutorials (pdf files) from 2.1.1 onwards. There are many
reasons for this.
Thanks you for your translations of both website and of Audacity itself.

Hi,
Since I haven't received any reply to attached message, I am sending
it again.
I am not sure whether Audacity team is too busy to update the Web site
with my latest translation file or I might have done something wrong
in translation or submission. I am happy to correct the way if I was
wrong.
So, please advise me what is happening and how I should do for the
translation.
Although the new POT file was released for translation, I can't start
new translation unless this current issue would be solved.
Thank you
Atsushi Yoshida

Hi,
I submitted attached Japanese translation for Web site in early
April. However as I look at the web site, it doesn't seem that my
translation is reflected. Please let me know if my submission had
any problem, so that I am happy to correct.
Thanks
