I confuses me that Ext-Bar is called bar when its a menu.
I see the comment "Ext-Bar is a menu with extra commands from tool bars"
but only translators see that.
And should "Ext-Command" not be "Ext-Commands" with s?

I suppose "Ext-" instead of "Ekstra " is to keep it short.
If that is the case maybe combine the two menus into one called "Ekstra"
and have a seperator line between the two group of commands just like
there is a seperator line above Quit in File menu.
