I confuses me that Ext-Bar is called bar when its a menu.
I see the comment "Ext-Bar is a menu with extra commands from tool bars"
but only translators see that.
And should "Ext-Command" not be "Ext-Commands" with s?
#. i18n-hint: Ext-Bar is a menu with extra commands from tool bars
#: src/Menus.cpp:1265
msgid "Ext-&Bar"
#. i18n-hint: Ext-Command is a menu with extra commands
#: src/Menus.cpp:1425
msgid "Ext-Co&mmand"
I suppose "Ext-" instead of "Ekstra " is to keep it short.
If that is the case maybe combine the two menus into one called "Ekstra"
and have a seperator line between the two group of commands just like there
is a seperator line above Quit in File menu.
I won't touch this. I will let James Crook comment.

I think it's a good suggestion. The combined menu won't be too long, I
think, and the title could then just be 'Extra' or 'Extras'.
There are many many possible rearrangements of the menu items. I think
for 2.2.0 they are already much better organised than they were for
2.1.3. I think it is for the developer team to collect and review
suggested changes, e.g. this suggested change, and decide whether or not
to make them. I'd be +1 for this change, for the version after 2.2.0.
I wouldn't for 2.1.3, as it means work on the manual too.
