In Analyse > Show spectrum these are not translatable:
Cursor
Peak
In Fil>Chains>Edit chains you can insert a new one and see a list with:
AdjustableFade
Amplify
AutoDuck
...
It seems to be the names of the effects which is partly translated.
I dont know if it makes sense now when only part of the effects etc. is
translated but when its possible i guess its would be bettet to have
this list translated.
But maybe better to wait until it can be fully translated so either not
translated or fully translated list, instead of a mixture.

Go ahead and update the POT file etc.
I would like to test afterward in Audacity but i dont build it my self
its to complicated to set up for me so i will just test again after
final 2.2.0 release unless someone is buildin Audacity for Windows from
time to time but i dont suppose there is.
