Even though the strings for "Effects, Generate, Analyse" is translated
the strings does not get used in the dialog title.
Like if you look at string "DTMF Tones" in the Generate menu its translated.
But when you select the menu item the dialogs titles is using the source
string (english) instead of the translated one.
So i suggest using the translated strings for the dialog titles as well.
