That was exactly my intention for the start of 2.2.2.  The addition of
_("&Export") in the source code came after I had decided to freeze the .pot
file.  I wasn't sure that those who updated before then would all fix their
.po files again just for one new msgid that added the & character,
requiring a separate translation.

As the source code is now, this menu item will translate if "Export"
without & is translated, though without an accelerator key.  If I had not
made that little hack, English "Export" would be the menu item in all
locales.
