Yes Paul. I'm not planning to update the French translation more than
that.
Feel free to merge it for 2.2.1-rc2 .
I have also figured out how to build better Windows installers that
give me all the language choices and show Chinese and other
non-Latin-alphabet languages better, including the checkbox on the
last screen.
I am aware of the other problem lately discussed, of a mix of English
and self-names for the languages in Interface preferences. I do not
expect to fix that in 2.2.1.
