tomorrow, mostly for the translation improvements.
Great thanks to all who improved translations lately. Antonio Navarro's
complete es.po was a pleasant surprise.
If you have any last-minute corrections, please get me them soon.

I have also figured out how to build better Windows installers that give me
all the language choices and show Chinese and other non-Latin-alphabet
languages better, including the checkbox on the last screen.
I am aware of the other problem lately discussed, of a mix of English and
self-names for the languages in Interface preferences. I do not expect to
fix that in 2.2.1.
