Hello Marco, You're suffering from the same thing that happened to me when the "offline" versions using poedit and the version online at transifex got out of synch. And since it's easy easier to translate strings in transifex, I ended up with lots of sentences with zero consistency, the same function being referred with different names, the style of sentences didn't match... If I can give you an advice, take the po file the you already have from offline translations, compare with the version from transifex and cherry pick what is usable to get your po file done. It took me weeks to do this, but it's the kind of work that you can do once for all. I wish I could help you more, but anything you need just tell me what can I do to be of assistance to you.
