There are 3 'roles' on Transifex. Translator, Reviewer and
Coordinator. Maybe you can ask someone on the mailing list to make you
coordinator (so you can review, but also add other reviewers/translators)?

As far as I can see, the Slovak translations are in Transifex
already. 99.27 % translated.
You should be able to register in Transifex with any email address
using the "open source signup" option, using this URL:

Please, could You move Slovak translation from Github 'SK.po' to
Transifex?
I can't do that. I have tried It, but Transifex isn't accessible for the
blind.
