Go and check the db, the page is there, and nobody can "give you the game" sinse it is online.
@Simber, as brad said, go and see the trainer and train up your stats, then you will see in the jim catagories of moves to learn, and what stats they require.
the stratogy comes in finding moves that combo into each other and have different positions, then training up those moves, rather than in trying to acquire everything.
I must confess while I tried the game several times it was over all not my thing, since I would prefer something with a little more actual on stage action during the matches, rather than it all being preparation.
