i am glad i could help a bit.
about gtracer ... the racing part i have tested frequently and they seem unaccessible to me. but if you like the garage thing, it could be a fun game. cause you've to hire crew for the garage, take care that there are damaged cars (cheap cars are around the 10 to 25 percent of health) available, give orders to the crew. cause in my oppinion when you haven't given them a job for a long time they'll leave you.
one time i hadn't played for three months and logged back in and discovered al my mechanics were gone.
but that's also why i described how i repaired my cars and sold them. it is a long track you've to go about when you're unfamiliar with the game. but when you do this more and more it will become second nature.
the shops are also quite accessible you can buy parts and install them in your garage to the car you're working on.
in my oppinion the racing is the o nly unaccessible part for what i discovered. it could be that tehre are more unaccessible parts. but that maybe are activities i haven't done. i was interested in the garage management.
for mouse-overs for puppet nightmares? i don't make use of those. i haven't found that necessary cause i got around the game without mouse-overs.
