Nick. unforchenetly no you can't do that an less you want to use a Japanese TTS voice. If not then no, you can only use instant translate with NVDA.
I think you could use a sapi five voice with NVDA that way you don't have to use ESpeak or eloquence.

In the tutorial you have to press the left mouse button to load your gun, then you can go from there.
there's one part of that tutorial that might be kind of confusing, I know it was for me.
What I think you have to do is get behind the enemy, but I'm not sure.
