Hi,
Windows+i is an useful shortcut. The first option there is control panel, so windows+i, etner should take you to the control panel, although I always type control in the run dialog.
Regardless, ctrl+i is quite useful, there are loads of settings there that you can't set elsewhere using the GUI.
