Thanks for the tips which has been shared so far.
here is an extremely handy tip, which surprises me that Google haven't mentioned on their website:
You can do fast forward or backwards by pressing l or j. L goes fast forward and J goes backwards. K is the pause button, and that does work with all screenreaders, if you know how to let the key pass through.
