Re: braillemone a pokemon port for visually impaired players

Honestly I don't know if it's not speakstring. I removed Superbinary so that shouldn't be the source of issues, but "speakmain" is the initializer for Speakstring.dll and Cleanmem.dll, and cleanmem had no issues last release (nor was it or will be updated). I hate to sound redundant and "tech support-ish" but make sure you overwrite the new SpeakString.dll (found here https://www.dropbox.com/s/jkl5jtesy6ehl … tring.dll) with the old one if you're having issues. Literally the only thing we added was the log thing, so you're not missing out on any end user functionality by overwriting it.

You can try copying over the version of Braillemon for 0.0.0.7 with the new version and see if that helps.

Are any windows errors popping up or is it just that? If it can't read a DLL like that windows should be popping up an error.

Technical: The only event from the DLL that is called is the initialization, so it cannot be associated with any new functions, since they are not called right at that time. Again, I think it was compiled without XP support but if you're still having a problem I can't be sure.

Also, I redid how sleep is calculated, so that way your glitch won't occur anymore. In addition I fixed the conversion glitch and the TM glitch. Still working on those moves though.

For updates and download links I do have a blog: Braillemon.tumblr.com It gets updated, not as often as this thread but it's certainly less cluttered.
