Hi all. So now, I have a braillenote apex with keysoft 9.31. I downloaded usb cliant driver fo the apex and the driver for jaws. Even though nvda's my primary screen reader, I tried it with jaws. Worked wonderfully with usb cliant. Now, in the sam config, only thing I see that is braillenote related is the pulsedata braillenote. I try the manual config, but before that, I did a device scan. Then I did a manual config and the com port was 1 through 9, but no virtual usb cliant com11 which is what the usb cliant uses. Is there a way to get my apex working with this thing? I launched dotris and it said no braille display connected press enter to exit.
