Not really anything I can say that hasn't already been said, but I'm also terribly sorry this happened. I live in an area of the US with large forest fires every summer since I've moved here. While my family and I have never been in any direct danger, it's definitely unnerving; the air is smoky for a long time, and in many places you don't want to stay outside for too long, so the possibility we could lose the house has been real. Glad you are all okay.
