win-8 has better accessibility than the win-10.
but if you want to do the update, you can upgrade.
you can do this with NVDA, and narrator.
Each time the PC restart, call narrator to configure the update process.
you can have all you have in win-8.
apps and content.
you don't lose anything in the update process.
just check the check box to leave everything.
