Well I don't know of any developers from the UK. spacifically but I don't think where a developer is from should matter. We have developers from all around the globe and most make really good games. And yes to answer your question 3 monkeys I'm pretty sure is gone. They had a kicktarter project and didn't make enough money so they just threw out the entire project. As for somethin else I'm not sure they said they were taking their games off the appstore but last time I looked they were still there.
