Hello, I'm just going to say this: There are multiple types of people:
1. The honest but harsh people:
I think that's the category I belong in. Whenever I find a bug, if something doesn't work as supposed to, then I directly report it, along with my comments. The comments change according to my moodd though. I do know, and accept, that I can be harsh sometimes.
2. The trollers:
They are here to troll. They are here to make you angry. They are here to hear you scream. They want to hear you cry, you know, They want to piss you off. And they enjoy doing that. So they just type whatever they can find. Your job, as a developer, is to seperate those types of people and act accordingly. If you can't do that, If you just take serious whatever people fling at you, then I'm sorry, you should not be a game developer. If you develop games and having trouble dealing with comments, never distribute your games then.
