figured out lotus123 from www.uselesssoftware.com . edit dosbox.conf change the following or make sure it is set like this
ems=true
umb=true
xms=true
then when you run lotus run it like this...
loadhigh 123
<hit enter>
then lotus123 works fine with asap.
