Blind Mice Mega Mall mystery possibly solved
In the past there have been several people that complained that every time they log into the Blind Mice Mega Mall to access the Movie Vault, they have to go through a password reset procedure because their password was apparently forgotten.
I believe I got the answer to that problem today in an email I got gfrom them about some special offers being offered by J & J Trading. At the bottom of the email was a link to unsubscribe from their marketing email list. There was an additional note that unsubscribing from the list also deactivates your account. They apparently do that by deleting your password, so you have to reset it to log in.
They probably also have a task set to run periodically that goes through the member list and deletes passwords on those accounts that are not getting their marketing emails.
Since they only send a few emails a month I never bothered to unsubscribe. Besides, sometimes they have offers I want.
