Hi G-rad and welcome to the site.
First, if your looking for a particular genre of games such as rpgs, note you can use the "search games" link at the front to display games in the db by genre, which is often a great way to search for stuff.
Sadly there arne't many rpgs accessible, but we are getting more of them gradually. As usual unfortunately the mainstream companies don't give a rat's rear end about access so most audiogames are made by fr smaller developers, still the rpg situation now is much improved from where it used to be. As well as paladin i can heartily recommend Manamon from Vgstorm too, probably the most serious rpg we've had thus far, sort of a darker and more in depth version of pokemon.
Also entombed from driftwood games, a very complex dungeon crawler.
If you have access to Ios I'd also highly recommend the adventure to fate games and king of dragon pass.
there are some rpgs that are text only,
but are great for mechanics and description, for example kerkerkruip and the wastes.
As well as audiogames, another good field to get into if your interested in rpgs are muds and browser games, since while they use text and need your screen reader and don't generally have sounds, they do have awesome mechanics and can be great fun.
alteraeon is an awesome place to start forsome fantasy hck n slash and a great community, but there are several other good muds out there, clok, aardwolf, cosmic rage etc.
there are then various browser based games, and while many are a bit simplistic, there are also many that are highly detailed. Puppet nightmares, Drakor, sryth and kingdom of loathing to name a few places to start.
