The problem starts occurring not when you install and start using Jaws but rather when you try to uninstall it. That's not the only reason I consider JFW and FS a pile of crap but one of the most important ones. I've seen it happen on Lenovos, HP's, Acers, Fujitsus and even one or two Dels, which all probably have completely different graphics card drivers, so I'm not sure what the pattern could be there.
