Well here's the thing.
You can actually sign up for free, buy the games you want now, and then when you get your console they will be in "my games and apps" on the ready to install tab. Once you get your console and have installed the games, you should be able to redeem the below digital code from Amazon. This is a 12 month, xbox live gold membership but it costs quite a bit. HOwever, this should let you redeem it automatically once you purchase it.
