You can also try and/or purchase SAPI 5 compatible iVona and Vocalizer voices from www.harposoftware.com. I'm not sure if the iVona voices are 64 bit compatible, but Vocalizer certainly is. Each voice costs around $45. However, you can download any of these and test them for 30 days to see if it's worth purchasing.
