Actually while I have brought while on sale the inotics voices and while I like them they are no good for playing games like eurofly and others because they do not speak punctuation unless there is a way for getting them to play each coma full stop or other thing then its a problem.
ie if a number was 121,3
If you have your punctuation on on the screenreader it should read in game 1 2 1 coma 3.
Instead it says 1 2 1 pause 3.
so it sounds like 1 2 1 3 and if you enter that its 1213.
I have had no choice for games manamon and others to switch back to my old nuance scansoft voices someone gave me from a jaws disk.
I won't be buying them just yet but it seems that atguys has a deal with code factory that has every vocaliser voice in existance about 90 or so voices I think its 93 being sold for 70 bucks us as one package.
Thats less expensive by 10 dollars than inotics at half price.
they also include custom editable dictionaries and can be
registered on 3 systems, however as long as its yours, you can transfer them round.
Ie you have a car with 3 seats but you can choose where you sit and this is usefull.
I may buy these eventually, though I don't want to effect what I have, as long as the jaws 8 free sapi 5 ole scansoft voices work I don't much care.
I am probably missing the indian, irish and african english voices but I have all us uk and australian voices which is what I like.
They are not necessarily 64 bit compatible voices so I may change them as things go on.
