There is a huge difference between listening to a text being reading out loud by TTS, and reading the actual text in Braille where you read all the letters in your own speed and form the words in your head. Reading by using a TTS is not reading, but actual listening to text being reading out loud. The only way to actual read for blind people is reading Braille. So this is an argument and Braille is very important for blind people.
But, in which siturations do you wanna read things in Braille instead of using speech? This is your need for reading Braille which matters, and then you need some arguments on why it is needed to read it in Braille instead of using speech.
