hmm, wait. I don't actually have VAC set up for this. I just have it installed. I've never really messed with it.
edit: The third option is what makes my nvda play through my headphones and everything else through my speakers. communication headphones it. I think it is my sound card, because both copies of NVDA on this computer do it, and sometimes,, half of a sound plays on my headphones, and the other half on the speakers. Like sometimes it starts off with the headphone, but then it quickly switches to the speakers.
