Thanks for creating all the content you have, I need to start watching it now. I will be happy to help yourself and Karen with HTML if I can in terms of structure etc though as others have said, a single page with navigation within that page (facilitated via virtual includes, which I can try and assist with) would be a good way to go.

Just wanted to say that the technology you suggest for spoken menus exists, only via Microsoft consoles (i.e. the Xbox One). It's called the Microsoft Speech Synthesis API and also allows for speaking of in-game UI elements, such as health and the like (at least in theory, though the latter application hasn't really been discussed). Currently no games use it but it's hoped that developers will pick it up sooner rather than later. I've been doing what I can to spread awareness of it.

at would need to be taken into account is navigation to enable those settings in the first place .
