You have it slightly wrong in regards to sendspace pro and non pro links.
If someone with a pro or a business account sends you a pro link, direct link for example, you won't need to be signed in into any sendspace account free or pro, to get full speeds, the download bandwidth will be counted against the one that's sharing the link,though what this has to do with their wizard and normal downloads breaking off,I have no clue.
If you are a pro or a business user, you have the option to share a direct link, a download link with no adds or and a link that's bandwidth free link which is your usual sendspace link with adds and the like.
the first 2 according to what I have read and experienced once, don't require you the reciever to have a pro or any account of any sort to get full speeds,however the last one certainly does if you don't want throttled download speeds.
If you have a sendspace account try signing out,or any
one else here who does not have a ssendspace account could try the link I posted and share the results.
With all the download issues,a wizard that doesn't work half the time,and the support basicly saying go screw yourself in not so many words,I don't think I'd pay for sendspace given an option. considering there are many filehosts out there that are far far better,in terms of both value for money and better downloads.
