If you can get a psx emulator on your pc, consider trying fisherman's bate 1 and 2. The first doesn't announce weight and snagging a fish before reeling it in but its still manageable. The second one is for sure manageable and I only had sighted help to adjust the time limit but I beat it without help on my psp.
