A question about computers.

So I noticed that my computer was getting full. Trouble is, I don't know what files are the largest and what I need to remove. examining them individually proves to be an annoying and a difficult task. So, can I view all the files on my computer by their size? If yes, how? And do explain it step by step, please. It's better to have too much information then not enough of it. I'm using windows 8.
