This particular thing doesn't actually contain many of the in game conversations if memory serves, which is unfortunate. SO a lot of the humor is cut out.
I do wish MGS games had both English and Japanese audio options though, but none of them do. I guess that's understandable though considering how much talking there is in those games, would take up a whole ton of space.
