Re: Windows server?

See if you can get technical support to do the following:

1. Have them remote into your server and open the Windows services menu by going to the run box and typing services.msc followed by enter.

2. When the services window opens, find the Windows Audio service.

3. Choose the start option. This should allow audio to come across the remote connection.

4. Go to the Windows Audio service properties dialog box and make sure the startup type is set to automatic. This should allow the service to start when you reboot the server.
