3. continuously updated
4. well documented
Honestly sinter you seem to me a dude who's lazy to move on because he has what he needs even if extremely broken and limited and does not want to figure out or try new things. Which though is fine I don't have nothing against it. But if you wish to be a successful developer you probably should change mindset.
If instead you lack of learning resources feel free to tell and you will have surely someone helping out.
