Hmmm, just went onto the archive and tried downloading a couple of files, including adventure at C: which i know is a Bgt game and they worked fine over here.
I wonder if this block is regional?
As for fixing blocked downloads, I believe in chrome you can do this by hitting ctrl J to go to the downloads list, then going up and down with the arrows to find the url of the blocked download and tabbing to "more info," and then "unblock."
