Get GTAV Simple Trainer and Autodrive. You'll need scripthook installed.
I might Zip them up and send them later, but honestly it shouldn't be that hard to find.
Also you don't need to memorize the menus, they're perfectly usable with OCR. You'll want to change the trainer settings in the ini file though.
