Hi rwbeardjr. If it's going into a menu then you just have started a game as the PCP doesnt have a menu. Just a form to select and press play.
What game are you playing? If it's the witch hunt game there is a loading time after you press new game that isn't obvious. So you could need to wait a minute. I should put a TTS message to say loading on it to be honest.
