True. Don't forget, though, that offline mode is still usable. Just open Swamp, choose "practice maps", and set the map options. If you want to get a feel for the game, set zombies to 150 or 200, the map to multi1, loot to 100 or so, and off you go. If you just want to learn the layout of the map, set zombies to 0 and start exploring.
