It's a long story, but the only part anyone around here knows is that it was a concept demo for a Streets-of-rage-style Sidescroller that I could never finish. (Also, the sounds weren't too impressive. I've expanded my library since then, but haven't gone back to update it.).
Highlights include limited 3D (a small Z axis, for the most part), some combo/special/dashing-related things, simple grappling, and enemies kinda going about their business until you get their attention.
The primary bug was with falling; people falling on other people is supposed to knock them down, but they had a tendency to get stuck one atop the other, which was noisy and annoying.
That link should still work, except my dropbox is down for too much traffic at the moment. I really need to get a VPS or something.
