Dev looking for advice on how to handle notifications

So there's this developer who is looking at accessibility for their game. They've been looking at existing AAA games for examples of good practice, which are obviously still very limited.

So in particular they're looking for examples of games that have some kind of notifications that are communicated in a blind accessible way - prompts that pop up temporarily, like "press x to unlock" appearing when you are standing close to a door, that are accessible through text to speech (either internally or through screenreader support)

They can't find anything like that in mainstream land but I assume there's plenty in audiogames land.

Any recommendations of games they could look at?

Thanks in advance!
