The original post on this topic I think was totally reasonable. If we're going to defend the mods from unnecessary attacks, lets at least make sure the arguments from the people doing the attacking aren't pretty good first.
No one mod got singled out, and while the problems were pretty minor, they weren't said in such a way that made them seem like a huge disaster either. Even the topic title reflects that.
Just because some people can't pick their battles and shout oppression at every tiny thing, doesn't mean that bringing up valid questions or criticisms is bad no matter what.
After all it let us learn more about why that person with the VPN wasn't allowed in, and that was a good question, it also helps highlight how much Liam has to do and how little other mods seem to be helping with day to day busywork, something which I've noticed for a long time now.
