A wall that can reduce stat gains, that's actually pretty strong.
Still not sure about full moon blessing. I guess the intent is to use that followed by restoration, but I"m curious if it's defenses get boosted high enough to make that viable. Something liek recover for half hp would be the parallel to Pokemon. Generally stuff would use that to be extra annoying.
Admittedly, maybe having defense prayer would of been better than attack prayer for this manamon. You can afford the def drop if def was the stat you worked with. The cow can hit extremely hard already with staff slash.
