Re: inadvertent sapi availability drop as 64bit programs become the future
Okay, a few questions and observations. First, Narrator is another 64-bit only application, so older SAPI voices don't work with it. This is disappointing, but oh well.
Concerning the OneCore synthesizer, what exactly is it? Is it one of Microsoft's new UWP systems or is it something else? Is it 32-bit or 64-bit? Is it possible for third parties to write voices for it as is the case with SAPI?
